More recently, the 27-year-old singer expressed her desire to take on an acting role and a secret genre she wished to try.
On October 23, BuzzFeed Celeb shared Rosé’s Puppy interview on their YouTube channel, which is nearing 400K views.
During the interview, she was asked about future acting plans, to which she replied, “Yeah, maybe, I would love to try that out, I have always been interested, I don’t know if I’ll be good at it. I think it would be fun if it is like a cool role.”
When asked about any particular genre she wishes to try, Rosé revealed, “Actually I really want it to happen, so I shouldn’t, so I’ll leave it up to the imagination but there’s something I’d love to do.”
Jisoo was the first BLACKPINK member to venture into acting with the drama “Snowdrop” in 2021. She has currently three acting projects lined up including two dramas “Newtopia” and “Monthly Boyfriend” as well as the movie “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint.”
Jennie made her Hollywood acting debut with the HBO show “The Idol” with The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp. The show received a mixed response and did not renew for a second season.
