His residence had previously been featured on MBC’s reality show “I Live Alone”. The property was bought for 5.8 billion won under his agency, Yoo Company Limited, in February 2016.

Sources reveal that Yoo Ah In originally planned to list his property for 8 billion won. However, he sold his Itaewon home in haste at a lower sale price of 6.3 billion won in November.

Yoo’s second appeal trial was held by the 5th Division Commission of Seoul for violating the Narcotics Control Act. His defense team countered the prosecutor‘s and argued that his 1-year prison sentence was unfair.

His lawyer defended that marijuana use is an isolated incident and happened only once during a trip to As for Propofol, Yoo Ah In’s lawyer argued that it was administered to him as a result of regular cosmetic procedures.

His side is requesting a more lenient sentence since he is a first-time offender and lost his father during the trial proceedings. The prosecution has arranged for a witness to testify in his upcoming third trial. A verdict in the appeal trial is expected by December 24.

Yoo Ah In received a one-year prison term and was fined 2 million won for violating the Narcotics Control Act. He was found guilty of administering medical narcotics, including propofol, 181 times for cosmetic procedures. The prosecution has appealed for leniency, and the trial is ongoing.
