Stray Kids’ Felix Injured in Minor Car Accident, to Miss Fan Meeting

Disappointing news for STAYs worldwide as Stray Kids member Felix was involved in a minor car accident on February 15. 

According to JYP Entertainment, the singer suffered a fracture and will be taking time to rest and recover. Unfortunately, he will miss the group’s highly-anticipated 5TH FANMEETING ‘SKZ 5’CLOCK’ scheduled for today, February 16.

Stray Kids’ fanmeeting “SKZ 5’CLOCK” had already taken place on February 14 and 15, with February 16 scheduled as the last day.

A few hours ago, JYP Entertainment released an official statement, stating, “While returning home from his schedule on February 15 (Saturday), Stray Kids member Felix was involved in a minor car accident. 

After the fan meeting, Felix was in a vehicle, that was slowly making its way from the INSPIRE Arena parking lot towards the main lobby. When it was involved in a minor collision with the shuttle bus that was moving slowly behind it.”

The label added, “The accident itself was minor, however, the momentary shift in Felix’s weight onto his arm caused him to collide with the armrest inside the vehicle, resulting in a fracture.

After the accident, Felix was immediately taken to the hospital for a thorough examination, where medical professionals advised that he needs sufficient rest and proper treatment for the time being. Felix is now resting and focusing on his recovery.

As a result, Felix will, unfortunately, be unable to attend Stray Kids 5TH FANMEETING ‘SKZ 5’CLOCK’ scheduled for February 16. We kindly ask for all your understanding.”

Since this announcement, STAYs are trending many tags on X to show their support for the K-pop star.

On the work front, Stray Kids will make double comebacks this year and embark on the North American tour next month.
