There were reports that Lisa and YG Entertainment are still far apart on the terms of the contract renewal. While the negotiations are still ongoing, the Money singer has reportedly rejected the contract renewal offers. As per the reports, Lisa has been approached by multiple international labels, so she is currently considering whether or not to renew her contract with YG Entertainment.

If the rumors are to be believed, Lisa has said no to a contract renewal offer of a whopping $40 million. Korean media outlets are reporting that she has received multi-million contract offers from various labels, including some from her home country, Thailand.

Contract negotiations with other BLACKPINK members Jisoo, Jennie, and Rose have been reportedly successful. However, the future of Lisa with YG Entertainment is still uncertain.

In the latest statement, YG Entertainment has finally broken the silence and addressed the ongoing rumors about Lisa’s contract renewal. The label stated, ‘We are still discussing contract renewal with Lisa, the rumors that are going around are not confirmed.’

Despite the negotiations still going on, the group has shown extreme professionalism by fulfilling their scheduled events. The quartet will perform on the last shows of their year-long BORNPINK Tour in Seoul.
