ENHYPEN is off to a powerful start with its latest release and is already on track to achieve its fourth double-million-seller milestone.
As per Hanteo Chart on Saturday, January 17, ENHYPEN’s 7th mini-album THE SIN: VANISH recorded 1,652,560 copies sold on its first day, ranking No.1 on the daily album chart. With this result, the group has opened the door to becoming a double-million seller for the fourth time in its career.
This is ENHYPEN’s third-best first-day sales after DESIRE: UNLEASH (1,890,677 copies) and ROMANCE: UNTOLD (1,883,143 copies). As of late 2025, their cumulative album shipments had already surpassed 20.33 million copies, with eight albums exceeding one million sales. In Japan, their fourth Japanese single “宵 -YOI-” earned Triple Platinum certification last year for shipments over 750,000 copies.
Besides physical sales, the album is also performing well on digital charts. The title track “Knife” topped the Bugs real-time chart on the day of release. All six songs from the album ranked from No.1 to No.6 at the same time. Even the narration tracks and skit tracks entered the charts.
In addition to the title track, THE SIN: VANISH includes Stealers, Big Girls Don’t Cry, No Way Back (ft. So!YoON!), and Sleep Tight (written by member Jake).
ENHYPEN’s latest album tells the story of seven vampires and their human lover escaping a restrictive society. This narrative is delivered through six songs, four multilingual narrations, and a skit. It is further expanded through a fictional news platform titled “Vampire Now.”
Leader Jungwon shared that the goal was to make ENHYPEN’s long-running “vampire concept” easier for listeners to understand and enjoy.
In addition, THE SIN: VANISH topped iTunes Top Albums charts in 10 countries and regions, including Brazil, India, and Turkey, and charted in a total of 52 regions worldwide. Based on this performance, the album reached No.1 on the Worldwide iTunes Albums chart.
The title track “Knife” also ranked No.1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in 11 countries, including Argentina, Indonesia, and the Philippines. In Japan, the song topped Line Music’s real-time Top 100 chart. It further entered YouTube’s trending songs list in 36 countries and regions, including South Korea, America, the UK, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia.
The music video for “Knife” surpassed 14 million views within just 23 hours of release. ENHYPEN held a fan showcase on January 16 to celebrate the album’s release and performed “Knife” for the first time on KBS2’s “Music Bank.”
The group will promote “THE SIN: VANISH” on MBC’s “Show! Music Core,” where member Sunoo will serve as a special MC.
2025 was quite phenomenal for ENHYPEN as they performed at Coachella, toured the globe, and received “FANS’ CHOICE OF THE YEAR” (Daesang) at the MAMA Awards. Looking ahead, ENHYPEN is set to perform at festivals in Australia in March and Abu Dhabi in April, while continuing domestic promotions through January and February. The members have also openly shared their goal of topping the Billboard 200 and entering the Billboard Hot 100.
