IST Entertainment has officially announced that Ju Haknyeon’s health condition requires him to temporarily suspend his activities.

According to the agency, Ju Haknyeon has been dealing with back pain for a while now. He has been undergoing regular examinations and treatment, but unfortunately, the pain has recently worsened.

As a result, he went to the hospital for further examinations and treatment. The doctor advised him to avoid strenuous movements for now and focus on medical treatment and rehabilitation due to symptoms of lumbar disc stenosis.

Taking the artist’s health as the utmost priority, the agency has made the decision, in consultation with Ju Haknyeon, to temporarily suspend his activities. This will allow him to focus on receiving treatment and recovering.

Consequently, he won’t be able to participate in the upcoming release of the 2nd regular album ‘[PHANTASY] Pt.2 Sixth Sense’ on November 20, as well as ‘THE BOYZ 2ND WORLD TOUR: ZENERATION – Encore’ performance.

The agency has mentioned that updates regarding Ju Haknyeon’s recovery progress and future schedule will be provided at a later time.
