On November 13, Karina and Ningning from aespa made an appearance on MBC FM4U’s Kim Shinyoung’s Noon Song of Hope in South Korea. The talented duo joined the show to talk about their comeback album DRAMA.
When DJ Kim Shinyoung asked about close idols, Karina mentioned that she has a good relationship with ITZY’s Ryujin and Yeji.
Karina shared that while their waiting rooms were next to each other, she was too shy to initiate conversation with ITZY’s Ryujin and Yeji.
However, the ITZY members took the first step by offering watermelon juice and expressing their desire to be friends, which led to their friendship.
Karina also mentioned that due to her role as a member, she finds it difficult to respond to Yeji. She expressed her apology and wanted to take this opportunity to address it.
