The iHeartRadio Music Awards 2025 was broadcast live on FOX on Monday, March 17 (local time), straight from the iconic Dolby Theatre in LA.
The award ceremony recognized many musicians for their outstanding works last year. Mariah Carey received the Icon Award. Gracie Abrams was named Breakthrough Artist of the Year. Lady Gaga was honored with the Innovator Award, and Nelly received the Landmark Award. Last but not least, Taylor Swift took home the award for Tour of the Century for her Eras tour.
Billie Eilish, Gracie Abrams, Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Bad Bunny, Gracie Abrams, Nelly, and more thrilled the audience with their performances.
In January, nominees for the prestigious US award show were announced. Many K-pop artists such as Jungkook, ILLIT, Yeonjun from TXT, Jimin, Rosé, Lisa, aespa, BABYMONSTER, SEVENTEEN, and more were nominated.
Besides the international singers, several K-pop artists were among the notable 2025 iHeartsRadio Music Awards winners.

K-pop artists received nominations in 7 categories, including 4 K-pop-specific categories and 3 additional categories: Best Lyrics, Favorite On-Screen, and Best Music Video.

Jimin’s song “Who” was nominated for “Best Lyrics”, however, he lost the award to Taylor Swift and Post Malone’s “Fortnight”. On the other hand, Rosé’s “APT.” and Lisa’s “Rockstar” received nominations for Best Music Video but, once again, Taylor Swift’s “Fortnight” emerged as a winner.
Jimin and Jungkook’s travel variety show “Are You Sure?!” and KATSEYE’s “Pop Star Academy” were both nominated for Favorite On-Screen, but ultimately lost to Taylor Swift’s “The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version)”.
The 12th annual iHeartRadio Music Awards recognized the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app in 2024. The event was simulcast on iHeartRadio stations nationwide and streamed on the iHeartRadio app.
