Get ready MONSTIEZ! BABYMONSTER is returning to the music scene.
On October 8 at midnight, YG Entertainment dropped a teaser for their debut full-length album “DRIP” on all social media channels.
The album title, number of tracks, and release date were first teased through Target’s website.
In addition, YG also revealed the tracklist for the upcoming album, containing 9 tracks

YG has dubbed their first full-length album as a “grand-scale project,” and it seems they are pulling all the stops. K-pop legend G-Dragon participated as a composer for the title track, DRIP.
G-Dragon, who is working on his solo comeback, made time to take part in BABYMONSTER’s album. With G-Dragon on board as a composer, expectations for their album are at an all-time high.
In addition, WINNER’s Mino, who is currently serving in the military, also participated in the lyrics of the song, Really Like You, as previously revealed.
Plus, many renowned lyricists and composers participated in the production of DRIP including YG, Ricky Lane, BIGTONE, Jonny Hockings, CHOICE37, LP, Jared Lee, and more.
YG Entertainment’s chief Yang Hyun Suk has been teasing BABYMONSTER’s comeback plans for a while now. Following their comeback, they are set to go on their first world tour next year.
Executive producer Yang actively participated and oversaw the production of their 1st studio album. As per reports, it is produced at a grander scale, with a big budget.
BABYMONSTER stands out among 5th-gen K-pop groups for their vocal prowess. They will be taking things a notch up as well as maintaining their originality through his highly-anticipated comeback.
BABYMOMSTER officially debuted with the album BABYMONS7ER on April 1, with Ahyeon’s return. The album debuted at #33 on Billboard 200 and the title track SHEESH ranked #16 on the Global Chart. They made a comeback with the digital single, FOREVER, on July 1.
BABYMONSTER will drop their 1st full-length album, DRIP, on global music platforms on November 1 at 1 PM KST.
