On September 27, the 28-year-old singer dropped cryptic clues about her potential comeback date on a fan portal website.
The teaser image released on the fan portal site featured the number ‘1011,’ which grabbed the attention of fans. Many are speculating that Jennie will drop a new single on October 11.
Previously, she signed with Columbia Records, a label Sony Music, early this month. At the time of the announcement, the label revealed that the Solo singer will drop a single in October.
On September 26, she shared a fun teaser titled ‘CALLING ALL PRETTY GIRLS’, hinting at a comeback announcement soon.
Since signing with Columbia Records, she has been dropping hints about her long-awaited comeback with a full-length album. Ahead of dropping her first album, she will release a single on October 11.
Previously, she began her comeback countdown and addressed her fans as RUBIES. Many fans assumed it was a solo fandom announcement, however, ODD ATELIER, denied stating that she arbitrarily addressed fans as RUBIES.
Lastly, fans will likely get an official announcement about the title and release date of the single soon.
