The BLACKPINK member dropped a collaboration track “ExtraL” ft. Doechii on all music platforms on February 21. This is the third pre-release single from her upcoming album “Ruby”, out this week.

According to the latest US Billboard chart on March 4 (Korean time), Jennie’s pre-release single “ExtraL” from her upcoming solo album “Ruby” entered the HOT 100 chart at number 75.

The song generated a huge buzz for her collaboration with American rapper and songwriter Doechii. The “Solo” rapper has achieved her highest-charting entry on Billboard HOT 100 with “ExtraL”.

With this, her debut studio album “Ruby” has hit a major milestone by charting three songs on HOT 100 prior to its release. Also, Jennie entered the chart for the fourth time as a solo artist. She surpassed her own record on the chart by scoring a higher position.

Previously, the “You & Me” rapper debuted at the chart in the following positions

  •  “ExtraL” – #75
  • “Love Hangover” – #96
  • “Mantra” – #98
  • “One Of The Girls” – #100

Now that “ExtraL” has dropped, attention is turning to the rest of the songs from the album “Ruby”. Some of the remaining tracks include collaborations with some big-name pop stars.

Jennie has collaborated with Dua Lipa on the song “handlebars”, Kali Uchis and Childish Gambino on “Damn Right”. Her previous collaboration with Dominic Fike on “Love Hangover” was dropped on January 31.

Besides all, Jennie is set to kick off her solo mini mini concert tour, “The Ruby Experience“. Here are the scheduled tour dates:

  • March 6, 2025: Los Angeles, Peacock Theater
  • March 7, 2025: Los Angeles, Peacock Theater
  • March 10, 2025: New York, Radio City Music Hall
  • March 15, 2025: Seoul, Inspire Arena

Meanwhile, Jennie will drop her first studio album “Ruby” this Friday.
