Jennie is gearing up to release another pre-release single, “EXTRAL” from her full-length album “Ruby”.
The BLACKPINK vocalist collaborates with American rapper Doechii, slated to drop next week.
On February 14, her personal label ODD Atelier dropped a teaser for her upcoming single “EXTRAL” on all social media platforms.
Jennie has released three pre-release singles so far: “Mantra“, “ZEN“, and “Love Hangover” (feat. Dominic Fike). Next, she will drop “EXTRAL” (feat. Doechii) on February 21.
It is unclear whether “EXTRAL” will be Jennie’s final pre-release single or if fans can expect another surprise before the full album drops.
“Ruby” is set to arrive on March 7, featuring 15 tracks, including the previously released singles. The 29-year-old K-pop star has collaborated with global superstars like Childish Gambino, Doechii, Dominic Fike, Dua Lipa, FKJ, and Kali Uchis for her debut album.
Notably, she is set to release her debut album over 8 years after her debut with BLACKPINK. To celebrate her new album “Ruby”, the “Solo” singer will host a special showcase event called “The Ruby Experience” in the US and Korea. The event kicks off on March 6-7 at LA’s Peacock Theater, followed by shows at New York’s Radio City Music Hall on March 10 and Seoul’s Inspire Arena on March 15.
Plus, she will donate a portion of the US show proceeds to support LA’s fire recovery efforts and local firefighters.
Following the release of her album “Ruby”, Jennie along with Lisa will perform as solo artists at the iconic Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in India, California, slated for April 13 and 20.
Meanwhile, Jennie will drop “EXTRAL” (ft. Doechii) on all music platforms on February 21 at 2 PM KST (12 AM EST).
