After their encounter at the Bvlgari event earlier this year, BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Mingyu from SEVENTEEN reunited once again.

It was a delightful surprise for BLINKs and CARATs as they saw the two K-pop stars rock out together in the ROCKSTAR dance challenge.

Lisa dropped her long-awaited comeback single, ROCKSTAR, on June 28 and has been promoting her new music ever since. However, it was quite unexpected for fans to see her collab with Mingyu – pleasantly surprising, nonetheless.

On July 20, the Money rapper shared the dance challenge with the SEVENTEEN rapper on her new TikTok account. The TikTok has garnered nearly 5 million views in 5 hours an surpassed 1.5 million likes.

Since she was in Korea to promote her single and even visited the ROCKSTAR Pop-up store, the dance challenge was supposedly filmed during her visit to Seoul.

Previously, she shared the ROCKSTAR dance challenge with her bandmate, Rosé, which created a huge buzz. Fans are excited to see who else she will be collaborating with for the dance challenge, as it is expected that some new dance challenge TikToks are on the way.

ROCKSTAR is doing well on the charts and even made it onto Billboard HOT 100, the song’s success is overshadowed by the plagiarism controversy. Travis Scott’s MV Director Gabriel Moses is demanding answers and credits by the end of this month for allegedly copying, FE!N.

On another note, BLACKPINK will be meeting 88 lucky fans for a special fansign event to celebrate the 8th debut anniversary.
