Lisa from BLACKPINK is taking her talents to the 2024 MTV VMAs!
On August 21, MTV Video Music Awards announced a new lineup of artists set to perform at the award ceremony, scheduled for September.
Lisa becomes the first K-Pop solo artist to perform at the VMAs, after already being the first soloist to win an award.
Lenny Kravitz, Lisa, Halsey, and Benson Boone will be taking the stage at MTV VMAs 2024.
Besides being part of the performers’ lineup, the Money rapper also scored the most nominations (4) among K-pop artists.
Thanks to her hit single ROCKSTAR, she is nominated in four categories including Best K-pop, Best Art Direction, Best Choreography, and Best Editing.
Last year, Stray Kids and TXT performed at the prestigious awards ceremony. This year, fans will get to see Lisa perform her classic and latest hits to a crowd of renowned artists.
She is also set to headline Global Citizen Festival 2024 on September 28.
Lastly, fans can catch Lisa’s live performance at the VMAs 2024 on September 11 at 8 PM ET/PT.
