BIGHIT MUSIC had been hinting at something thrilling over the past few days, and the big reveal is here. BTS has organized a unique in-person pop-up event for ARMY.

The agency dropped a MONOCHROME pop-up teaser image featuring all BTS members before military enlistment on their official social media on April 17.

MONOCHROME is set to take place in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul from April 26 until May 12. The aim is to bring back BTS memories to ARMY (fandom name) globally.

MONOCHROME Pop-up Project will be held in Seoul (April 26 to May 12), Tokyo (May 3 to May 26), Jakarta (May 9 to June 23), Bangkok (May 10 to June 23), LA (May 16 to May 27), and Manila (May 24 to June 30).

Despite enlisting in the military, BTS has stayed connected with fans through back-to-back comebacks and other projects.

In 2024, V from BTS dropped a single titled FRI(END), J-Hope amazed everyone with a special album and a documentary series, SUGA’s D-DAY Tour film hit theaters, and now this pop-up store is happening.

An official from BIGHIT MUSIC mentioned that by getting ARMY involved, they can connect various contents and spaces to create one story.

He also mentioned that if you visit the offline pop-up to get your hands on the ‘Memory Cloud’, you can enjoy different activities like on-site events and see unreleased portraits of BTS.

Currently, all the BTS members are fulfilling their military service. They are expected to be fully back in action after June 2025.
