A sneak peek of his special album HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1 was shared on BTS’ official social media accounts at midnight on February 22 (Korean time). The album is all about his artistic inspiration from street dance, and the preview photos capture that free-spirited atmosphere perfectly.
The content J-Hope shared has a cool instant photo vibe that captures the spontaneity of the moment. He personally handwritten the album name and included the name of the city in the background of the photo.
This special album was planned alongside a documentary series with the same name. The BTS rapper and dancer is creating music and videos that revolve around his roots in dance. The album preview photo was taken on the set of the documentary, adding an organic and authentic feel to both the album and the series. Seeing those photos sparks curiosity about which episode they’re connected to.
J-Hope’s special album HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1 will be dropping worldwide at 1 PM on March 29. This album is packed with 6 amazing songs that showcase his growth and talents as a solo artist. Fans will get a sneak peek with the album preview on March 24, followed by a highlight medley on March 27. The official music video teaser for the title song will be released on March 28.
The documentary series HOPE ON THE STREET follows J-Hope as he travels to different cities like New York, Paris, and Seoul, connecting with local dancers through the universal language of dance. The first episode will be available on online video services like TVING and Prime Video at midnight on March 28, right before the album release.
