The BTS member was recently in the US, engaging in full-fledged promotional activities, including an interview for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and lighting up the Empire State Building in celebration of his sophomore album release.

Amidst all the promotional activities and frequent public appearances, ARMYs (BTS fans) have received delightful news. Jin’s second mini-album, Echo, landed a spot in the Top 3 on the Billboard 200.

On May 26 (Korean time), Billboard’s official website reported that Jin’s second mini-album Echo debuted at No. 3 with 43,000 units sold on the Billboard 200 chart dated May 31.

This marks his highest-charting solo release to date. It surpassed the previous peak of his debut mini-album Happy in November 2024, which charted at #4.

Echo made history by becoming his first solo work to enter the UK’s Official Chart Album Top 100, debuting at #63 for the week of May 23-29. This chart is one of the world’s major album charts, alongside the US Billboard 200.

The title track, Don’t Say You Love Me, is projected to debut at #82 on the Billboard HOT 100 chart and secure the #1 spot on Digital Song Sales with 15,000 digital sales and 29,000 overall sales. This will be his third entry on the Billboard HOT 100 after entering the chart with The Astronaut (#51) and Running Wild (#53).

In addition, Don’t Say You Love Me by Jin reached #2 on Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart and #58 on the UK’s Official Singles Chart Top 100. It topped the UK’s Single Downloads, Single Sales, and Physical Singles sub-charts.

Meanwhile, Jin is set to embark on his first solo fan concert tour, “RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR“, starting with two shows on June 28-29 at the Goyang Stadium Auxiliary Stadium in South Korea. The tour will then make its way to nine cities worldwide, including Chiba and Osaka in Japan, Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, and Newark in the US, London in the UK, and Amsterdam in the Netherlands, with a total of 18 performances for his fans, ARMY.
