The Korean Business Research Institute has released the July 2024 brand reputation rankings for boy groups, and the results are in!
Based on an analysis of consumer data and brand reputation indexes, the top three spots have been claimed by three of K-pop’s most beloved groups: BTS, SEVENTEEN, and SHINee.
BTS takes the top spot with a brand reputation index score of 5,555,349, a significant 35.67% increase from last month’s score of 4,094,611. The group’s index scores breakdown as follows: participation index (202,280), media index (2,006,294), communication index (1,230,916), and community index (2,115,859).
SEVENTEEN secures the second spot with a brand reputation index score of 4,560,496, a slight 0.31% decrease from their June score of 4,574,712. Their index scores are: participation index (259,889), media index (1,554,621), communication index (840,707), and community index (1,905,278).
SHINee clinches third place with a brand reputation index score of 3,206,677, marking a significant 144.52% surge from their June score of 1,311,437. The breakdown of their index scores includes: the participation index (100,832), media index (755,471), communication index (876,782), and community index (1,473,592).
THE BOYZ secures fourth place with a brand reputation index score of 2,437,994, representing a 62.42% increase from their June score of 1,501,018. Their index scores are: participation index (105,696), media index (725,460), communication index (595,557), and community index (1,011,281).
ENHYPEN claims the fifth spot with a brand reputation index score of 2,276,888, representing a 44.45% increase from their June score of 1,576,263. The breakdown of their index scores includes: the participation index (121,793), media index (751,112), communication index (728,258), and community index (675,724).
