Chungha is making a surprise comeback this August with a special single, Algorithm!
On August 23 at 6 PM, the 28-year-old singer surprised fans by announcing her comeback through a sleek logo motion reveal of her special single Algorithm on her official social media channels.
Chungha is dropping new music after 5 months since her last release. She is known for experimenting with different genres and recently showcased her range with EENIE MEENIE (feat. Hongjoong of ATEEZ) in March.
Last month, she collaborated with Vietnamese artist Thuy on Hair Down (remix).
Chungha debuted with the 11-member project group I.O.I in May 2016. After the group’s disbandment on January 29, 2017, she made her solo debut in the same year with EP Hands On Me.
She is currently pursuing musical activities under MORE VISION after signing an exclusive contract with the label in October 2023.
Chungha’s highly-anticipated special digital single, Algorithm, is set to drop on August 28 at 6 PM across all major online music platforms.
