Family has always been a top priority for EXO’s Baekhyun.
More recently, the 32-year-old K-pop star revealed how he shows his love to his parents and the amazing gifts he has given them over the years.
As a well-known K-pop superstar, he earns a substantial income and is always ready to offer financial assistance to his parents.
On September 5, Beakhyun appeared as a guest on ‘ShootBro’ to promote his upcoming album HELLO, WORLD, releasing on September 6.
The host of the show Shin Dong Yup asked how he is with his family. He explained that as he grew older, he shifted from being openly affectionate to finding more substantial ways to support and care for his parents.
Baekhyun went on to share the gifts he has given his family, “I get them new cars regularly. I gave all the money I made for 3 years to my parents. Since they have sacrificed so much for their kids, it is only right to do that and more if you have done well for yourself.”
He revealed he gifted his parents a house, earning applause from Shin. Baekhyun explained he initially wanted to buy a car and watch, but realized they were unnecessary given his busy schedule. He decided to prioritize his parents’ needs instead.
On another note, he is set to release a solo album HELLO, WORLD on all streaming platforms on September 6.
