According to the corporate registration documents obtained by Ten Asia, Baekhyun’s company has been officially confirmed as INB100. It’s also revealed that he is not just the founder, but also the CEO of the company.

As per the information released by the Korean media outlet, Baekhyun founded INB100 on June 23rd last year. That means the company was established even before the issue of renewing his contract with SM Entertainment came up in August.

Baekhyun renewed his contract with SM Entertainment last year. As per the latest reports, he’ll be able to continue his activities both with SM and his private company, INB100, during the contract renewal period. Other EXO members Chen, and Xiumin share the same intentions and are planning to work together for this company.

Baekhyun mentioned it during a live broadcast on his Instagram in the early morning of August 8 last year. He shared his plans to run his own company and luckily, SM Entertainment was supportive of his idea.

Baekhyun made it clear that he had no intention of leaving SM or EXO. He emphasized that he would still be with SM while running his company and would continue working with his fellow EXO members.
