CARATs are calling for a boycott with just over a week until SEVENTEEN’s new album drops.

On October 3, a tracklist for their 12th mini-album SPILL THE FEELS was unveiled, announcing the DJ Khaled feature on the title track, LOVE, MONEY, FAME.

Woozi, Vernon, and Mingyu went to LA last month to attend his concert and hung out with him after the show.

While the collab with the renowned 48-year-old American DJ was previously announced, his participation in the album’s title track did not sit well with fans.

We should've already been boycotting because of the Hybe Boycott but some of you are a bunch of spineless cunts who would rather lose their morals for a song. So no, I will not be talking or streaming Seventeen's collab with DJ Khaled.

Many are calling out Khaled for his controversial history and his possible connection to Diddy, who is embroiled in one of the biggest sexual abuse and sex trafficking scandals.

Right, if people wanna boycott it because the humanity, stop making them feeling guilty because of your words. And if they just boycott the title, it's okay, it's all about humanity and choice too. Different act doesn't mean they don't love seventeen. https://t.co/9XjYHluAVb

Despite being the son of Palestinian immigrants, DJ Khaled’s luxurious lifestyle and silence on the Palestinian conflict have led fans to doubt his compassion and social awareness.

CARATs are concerned that this controversial collaboration will damage the reputation of SEVENTEEN.

I'm not thrilled about the djk collab either but it is a liiiiiittle bit ironic to use his silence on palestine as a reason to boycott the collab when uh. seventeen have been equally silent

While many fans are boycotting the title track LOVE, MONEY, FAME, they vow to fully support the group by streaming other songs of the album.

This comeback with SPILL THE FEELS is significant as the group is making a final comeback as a complete group before members enlist in the military one by one.

Opinions are sharply divided among CARATs, with some backing SEVENTEEN unconditionally and others boycotting the album.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN is set to release a new album SPILL THE FEELS on October 14 at 6 PM (Korean time).
