RIIZE fans showed up in force outside SM Entertainment’s headquarters, undeterred by the pouring rain. Their message was clear: bring back Seunghan to RIIZE.

On October 18, around 50 protesters gathered outside the company’s HQ to peacefully protest against the injustice suffered by the 21-year-old idol.

They remained on the streets amid heavy rains, holding placards and demanding his return to RIIZE.

Additionally, several protest trucks were also sent to SM Entertainment HQ with supporting messages for Seunghan. Since his departure, fans have rolled out dozens of trucks to demand his reinstatement in RIIZE.

They continue to boycott RIIZE and unfollow them on social media to let the label know about their demands. So far, RIIIZE’s social media accounts have lost nearly half a million followers due to his exit.

Fandoms of other groups are also supporting RIIZE fans and criticizing SM Entertainment for supporting bullying. To address the fan backlash, they released an official statement, announcing a crackdown on individuals spreading malicious content targeting Seunghan and RIIZE.

However, most fans are calling this statement a PR move and “empty promises.” BRIIZE (RIIZE fandom) is blaming the company for failing to protect Seunghan when 1000 funeral wreaths were sent and no legal action was taken.

Many celebrities and K-pop stores have also come forward to show their support and condemn the action of OT6 fans who sent funeral wreaths.
