The popular K-pop girl group is bringing their captivating world tour to theaters with ‘(G)I-DLE World Tour I-DOL in Cinemas’, hitting theaters in January.

CJ CGV has set January 8 as the release date for ‘(G)I-DLE World Tour Idol in Cinema’, with the main poster unveiled on December 20. The poster features Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, and Shuhua on stage at Seoul’s KSPO DOME, surrounded by a sea of fans.

(G)I-DLE’s third world tour, launched in Seoul on August 3-4, sold out in 10 minutes. The group then electrified fans in 14 cities globally, including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Tacoma, Auckland, Anaheim, Houston, Rosemont, Belmont Park, Taipei, Bangkok, Macau, Melbourne, and Sydney.

(G)I-DLE’s Seoul concert at KSPO DOME featured a lineup of their hit songs, starting with “Super Lady”. The upcoming film documenting their live performance will showcase the group’s energy and talent.

On another note, (G)I-DLE will continue activities under CUBE Entertainment as all members have renewed contracts with the label.

They were expected to split up after showing their discontent with CUBE on several occasions, but they ultimately agreed to renew their contracts and announced it at the MAMA Awards last month.

Fans can expect multiple exciting comebacks from (G)I-DLE in 2025 as well as a solo debut of Minnie in January.
