Additionally, Park Seo Joon also appeared in overseas advertisements in countries like China, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Park Seo Joon’s annual exclusive appearance fee is around 700 million won. It is estimated that he earns approximately 7 billion won from advertising revenue in one year.
On KBS 2TV’s Entertainment Street Live in January 2022, Park Seo Joon was ranked 9th among building investment geniuses.
According to the show, he purchased a building in Shinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for 11 billion won in 2020. He then transformed it with vibrant colors and a sophisticated design. In just two years, its value increased to 15 billion won.
