The editorial highlights bright yet soft coral‑nude makeup looks, including pink and baby‑blue eyeshadows, glossy lips, and glowing skin using Dior Forever Skin Glow Cushion and Dior Addict tints.
After the pictorial was released, fans poured praise online; one wrote, “Her eyes are always gorgeous,” while another called her “the epitome of elegance” and “an angel.”
Haerin has a deeper connection with Dior beyond this summer pictorial. In April 2023, Dior appointed the 16‑year‑old as its global ambassador for Jewelry and house ambassador for both Beauty and Fashion.
She became the first K‑pop artist to hold all three ambassadorships simultaneously, joining the likes of BLACKPINK’s Jisoo.
After her appointment as an ambassador, she has regularly donned Dior pieces in editorials and her everyday style.
A year after their debut, NewJeans members became brand ambassadors for top luxury labels—Hanni for Gucci, Hyein for Louis Vuitton, Minji for Chanel, and Danielle for Burberry.
Haerin’s rise began with NewJeans’ July 2022 debut, including breakout tracks like “Attention,” “Hype Boy,” and “Ditto.” By July 2023, the group’s second EP Get Up debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and multiple songs charted on the HOT 100.
Meanwhile, NewJean performed at Lollapalooza in Chicago earlier this month, becoming the first K-pop girl to do so.
