Hoshi x Woozi, Seulgi, Yeji, Xiumin, and NTX have officially released their highly anticipated new albums. After weeks of excitement and promotions, multiple top K-pop acts have released brand-new music.
March 10 was an exciting day for fans as Hoshi x Woozi and Yeji debuted as a unit and solo artist respectively while Seulgi, Xiumin, and NTX made comebacks.
Here’s a look at how their new music is performing, with the first-day sales numbers now in.
Hoshi x Woozi
Ahead of their military enlistment later this year, Hoshi and Woozi decided to surprise fans with a single album “BEAM”. The duo is known for their strong bond and friendship, and fans were looking forward to their unit release.
The album contained three songs, “Pinocchio” (ft. So!YoON!), “96ers” (title track), and “Stupid Idiot”. The single album “BEAM” sold 280,118 copies on release day, becoming the 7th-highest 1st-day sales of 2025.
“‘BEAM’ represents their journey through years of challenges, from their trainee days to their current status as a top K-pop group.
Red Velvet’s Seulgi
Red Velvet’s Seulgi made her first solo comeback with her second mini-album, “Accidentally On Purpose“. Released on March 10 at 6 PM KST, the album features six tracks, including the title song “Baby, Not Baby”, a fusion of funk bass and powerful electric guitar.
Other B-sides included “Praying”, “Weakness”, “Whatever”, “Better Dayz”, and “Rollin’ (With My Homies)”. “Accidentally on Purpose” sold 83,667 copies on its first day. Previously, her debut album “28 Reasons” recorded 134,682 copies on the opening day.
Yeji from ITZY
All eyes were on Yeji’s debut as she is the first ITZY member to go solo. The ITZY leader dropped her solo debut album “Air” on March 10, with a title track of the same name. Besides the title song, the 4-track album contains “Invasion”, “258”, and “Can’t Slow Me, No”. Yeji’s debut mini-album “Air” recorded 110,226 copies on release day.
Xiumin of EXO
Xiumin of EXO made his solo comeback after 2+ years with 2nd mini album “Interview X” on March 10. On Monday, he released the title track “Whee!” and b-side songs “Make You Lala”, “Can’t Help Myself”, “Love is U”, “Lose Paradise”, and “Switch Off”.
Notably, this was the EXO member’s first comeback after his solo debut with EP “Brand New” in September 2022. Xiumin’s “Interview X” sold 50,996 copies on the first day, which is less than the 1st-day sales of his debut album “Brand New” (98,237).
NTX
NTX (formerly NT9) made their first comeback after member Jiseong’s departure with the studio album “Over Track”, with the title song “Over N Over”.
Dropped on March 10, the album contained 11 songs including “Like This”, “Mind Box”, “Wassup”, “Scoot”, “Stay”, “Memories”, and more.
Notably, NTX recorded their highest first-day sales with “Over Track” (18,338) followed by “Hold X” (5,582), and “ODD Hour” (1,215).
