As revealed by sources on August 5, the I Love My Body singer is gearing up for a September release.

She has confirmed a September comeback, after previously hinting at an August return on the radio. Hwasa delayed the release to focus on creating a more complete and refined album.

She left her longtime agency and MAMAMOO’s parent company, RBW, last year and joined PSY’s P NATION.

After signing with PSY, she made her first comeback under the new label with a single, I Love My Body, released on September 6, 2023. This new comeback is happening after a year of her last year, therefore, anticipation is at an all-time high.

Even though Hwasa has not released new music in a year, she has been busy with her first solo fan concert tour, captivating audiences in Seoul, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Singapore. She recently delivered electrifying performances on the Waterbomb Festival stage and a special guest appearance on PSY’s Soaked Show.

Amidst her packed schedule, Hwasa is hard at work on her upcoming album, generating buzz about her next move as a solo artist and MAMAMOO member.

Lastly, Hwasa gained recognition for her catchy hits like Maria, TWIT, Chili, Don’t, I’m a B, and more.
