Through a personal message on her fan community platform, Bubble, the singer and actress apologized for the inconvenience caused by scalpers and urged fans to go for official ticket purchases.
More recently, fans expressed frustration as the tickets for her fanmeeting “Welcome to Hyeri’s Studio” were sold out by Chinese bots. They were enraged that all 1400 seats for Seoul shows were sold out as soon as they went live.

On April 16, Hyeri personally addressed the issue via the fan messaging app, Bubble, and urged fans to not purchase tickets through illegal sellers. She explained the situation through a series of messages, saying
“This is my first time experiencing this, so I’m very confused and surprised“

“I am so upset and sorry”
“You really shouldn’t buy tickets from them (scalpers)”
“Please promise me!”
“If you got a ticket like that, I’d be really upset”
“If the person who made reservation and the person who came into the fan meeting a different, you can’t enter anyway”
“It’s so sad if you come right in front of the fan meeting and don’t come in”
“I think they’re going to check strictly…!”
“And there will be another announcement regarding it, but I think they are canceling the suspicious seats”
