But hold on tight, because things took a rather interesting turn when ILLIT’s official X account decided to follow a fan account known for its repeated hate tweets about NewJeans and BABYMONSTER.

The X account user referred to BABYMONSTER as ‘flopmonster’ and expressed that BLACKPINK deserved better Juniors. In one of the tweets, the user shared, “Flopmonster wishes they can follow the footsteps of their seniors and get a PAK like ILLIT.”

In one of Pannchoa’s posts about NewJeans plagiarizing the concept of the 90s Mexican girl group, Jeans. She replied that Nothing about NewJeans is original.

On May 21, the ILLIT account followed the anti-fan account, Super Real Melina, and she even tweeted about it.

It came as a surprise to many and shortly after that the official X account unfollowed the anti-fan account of NewJeans and BABYMONSTER.

HYBE and ADOR conflict started back on April 22 and ADOR accused rookies group ILLIT to be the reason behind the feud. Min Hee Jin shared that they copied NewJeans concept which is damaging to what the group has achieved so far.
