The two met during the filming of the Japanese love comedy ‘Caster’, currently airing on TBS.
Recent reports from the Japanese weekly Shukan Bunshun have stirred controversy regarding actress Nagano Mei’s romantic relationships. According to their report, she had been in a serious relationship with actor Tanaka Kei since last year after meeting on a 2021 film set.
However, new claims suggest Nagano may have simultaneously been involved with a Korean co-star, Kim Moo Jun, from her current drama ‘Caster’, which premiered on April 13. Multiple sources report she invited the Kdrama actor to her home several times during his stay in Japan.

The married father of two – who tied the knot in 2011 – is now at the center of infidelity claims alongside Nagano, with whom he shared the screen as stepfather and stepdaughter in the 2024 family drama film.
The scandal intensified when Shukan Bunshun reported the co-stars had been in a relationship since 2023. Complicating matters, the Japanese star is simultaneously embroiled in dating rumors with a Korean co-star.
