The show marked the beginning of Jo Jung Suk’s journey as a singer, titled A-List to Playlist, where the seasoned actor of 20 years expressed his genuine passion for music and aspirations to become a singer-songwriter.

Jo Jung Suk ventured into his new singer role by organizing his debut showcase, named “Can you listen to it?”, held at Blue Square in Yongsan on March 27.

The Captivating The King actor, taking on the role of a new singer instead of his established actor persona of 20 years, delivered his debut song with heartfelt passion on stage. He officially declared his entrance into the music scene as a singer, receiving an outpouring of love and encouragement from fans who supported his dream from the very beginning.

In A-List to Playlist, Jo Jung Suk, the new singer, is getting ready to assess his own songs inspired by legendary artists like Gummy and Dynamic Duo, gearing up for an album concept and unique promotions that will leave everyone in awe.

With his 20 years of acting experience, the Hospital Playlist actor is pulling out all the stops, collaborating with Netflix for an impressive debut as a ‘standard’ new singer. The anticipation is high, especially with PD Yang Jung Woo leading the project.

Fans can catch A-List to Playlist narrating Jo Jung Suk’s journey into the music scene, exclusively on Netflix this year.
