Jung Hae In’s 2018 villa purchase has turned out to be a blockbuster investment!
On September 8, media reports revealed that Jung Hae In purchased a Hyosung Villa in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for 4.4 billion won in September 2018.
The villa, built over 40 years ago, has a substantial land area of approximately 235.6 square meters (71.48 pyeong). The unit features a duplex structure, a ground floor area of 212.80 square meters, and a duplex area of 27.85 square meters.
The total living area including ground floor and upper floor space is approximately 240.4 square meters (72.8 pyeong).
Additionally, reports indicate that a 70-pyeong unit (approximately 231 square meters) in Hyosung Villa was sold for 7 billion won in February 2022.
The sale price of a nearby rebuilt villa is listed at over 8.3 billion won for an exclusive area of 82.7 pyeong (approximately 273 square meters).
A real estate agent commented, “Jung Hae In’s villa is also expected to fetch around 100 million won per pyeong (approximately 33 million won per square meter). The estimated market profit over six years is at least 2.8 billion won.”
On the work front, Jung Hae In is currently starring in the tvN weekend rom-com drama Love Next Door, which is ongoing. Additionally, his upcoming movie Veteran 2 aka I, The Executioner is scheduled to hit theaters on September 13.
