Junggigo aka Go Jung-gi has embarked on an exciting new journey by teaming up with Warner Music Korea. On November 27, Warner Music Korea shared the exciting news of their exclusive contract with Junggigo, expressing their plans to provide full support for his future endeavors as an artist.

They also kindly asked for everyone’s interest and support as he starts this new chapter in his career.

The Korean singer, who initially went by the stage name Cubic in 2002, switched to the name ‘Junggigo’ when he collaborated with The Quiett on the track That Man, That Woman in 2006. 

After six years of active involvement in the industry, he dropped his first single album, ‘Byebyebye,’ in 2008. His remarkable talent was recognized when he won the grand prize in the R&B category at the 9th Korean Popular Music Awards with his hit single ‘Blind’ in 2011. 

Throughout his career, the 43-year-old singer has collaborated with many talented artists and sang some unforgettable OSTs. Go Jung-gi has sung OSTs for Uncontrollably Fond, The Bride of Habaek, and Strong Girl Nam Soon. 

Junggigo plans to continue his activities under the new label, Warner Music Korea.
