As we head into 2025, several new K-pop groups are set to debut this year. New idols and groups bring fresh talent and music to the scene each year. 2025 is no different as K-pop groups from major entertainment agencies are set to break into the music scene.
Industry giants YG, JYPE, SM, FNC, and CUBE Entertainment are gearing up to introduce their newest talents. Without further ado, let’s delve deep and discover the K-pop group debuting in 2025.
KickFlip
KickFlip, a boy group under JYP Entertainment, will be the first rookie K-pop group to debut in 2025. The seven-member group comprises Kyehoon, Minje, Amaru, Juwang, Donghyeon, Keiju, and Donghwa. A pre-debut member Yoon Min personally announced his departure from the group in April 2023.
KickFlip aims to break away from traditional norms and try new things. Originally, the group was scheduled to debut in the latter half of 2024, however, JYP later announced their debut date as January 1, 2025. Due to a tragic plane crash on December 29, their debut date was pushed to January 6, 2025.
AxMxP
In particular, AxMxP is generating buzz for being the first boy group formed by FNC Entertainment around 10 years after N.Flying. Formed in 2025, this four-member boy band consists of Ha Yoojoon, Kim Shin, Josh, and Hyonseo.
AxMxP’s name is inspired by the idea of amplifying their message to the world. They will use music to tell their story and connect with others.
AxMxP made their debut performance in February, opening for FTISLAND’s Asia Tour in front of 5,000 people. The audience and local media had only nice things to say about their stage presence and live skills.
FNC has a history of producing successful bands like FTISLAND, CNBLUE, and N.Flying. While details about their debut date are not yet known, it is expected that they will debut in the first half of 2025.
SKINZ
After the success of PLAVE and nævis, another virtual idol boy group SKINZ is set to shake the K-pop industry. Formed by Bridge Entertainment, the boy group is already preparing for their 2025 debut. SKINZ has not only launched social media accounts but also released a debut teaser.
Interestingly, EL CAPTIXN will oversee the production of their debut release. He is a producer and singer-songwriter from HYBE, who has worked with IU, BTS, TXT, NCT, and many renowned artists.
SKINZ wants to become more than just digital performers. They aim to connect with fans worldwide through their music and share their energy.

The debut of SM Entertainment’s new girl group has been delayed several times.
The group was initially set to debut in the fourth quarter of 2023 but was later rescheduled to the first half of 2024. Further delays pushed the debut to the fourth quarter of 2024, and finally to the first quarter of 2025.
YG Entertainment New Group
