Kang Na Eon is gearing up for her role in “Social Savvy Class 101,” but fans may be surprised to learn that she also had a part in the film “Love in the Big City.”
The 23-year-old actress has confirmed that she filmed scenes for “Love in the Big City“, but unfortunately, they didn’t make the final cut.
Regarding her role in the film, she shared, “I played the role of a junior college student who likes the male protagonist and feels jealous of Senior Kim Go Eun.”
She admired Kim Go Eun, saying “Even though it was a very short shoot, she had a charisma that drew me in. I had so much fun filming, and I feel a great sense of satisfaction. The sense of accomplishment outweighs any disappointment.”
Kang Na Eon further shared, “I really wanted to talk to senior Kim Go Eun, but I was too shy, so it wasn’t easy. I mustered up the courage to tell her that I’m a 2020 freshman from the Korea National University of Arts. After I greeted her, she recognized me and even greeted me first. I was really grateful for how thoughtful she was. I definitely want to meet her again through a project.”
On another note, ‘Love in the Big City’ starring Kim Go Eun and Noh Sang Hyun hit theaters on October 1. Meanwhile, Kang Na Eon’s drama “Social Savvy Class 101” is set to premiere on November 4. She also recently confirmed her romance with co-star Kim Woo Seok on October 25.
