KARA’s Youngji has found a new agency to pursue her solo career!
On September 9, SM C&C announced signing an exclusive contract with the KARA member.
SM C&C stated, ‘We have become a family with Heo Youngji, who possesses a bright and energetic personality. We will provide unlimited support to help Heo Youngji, a representative of versatile artists, make a new leap forward.’
On September 5, the 30-year-old singer announced her departure from her agency DSP Media. She debuted under DSP Media and has been managing activities under its umbrella for over 10 years.
Heo Youngji joined K-pop group KARA in 2014 through the audition show ‘Kara Project’. In addition to her music career, she has also made a name for herself as a talented broadcaster, actress, and variety show personality. Her notable acting roles include Another Miss Oh, My Shy Boss, Are You Human?, and more.
On the other hand, SM C&C manages notable actors and entertainers including Kang Ho Dong, Jeon Hyun Moo, Seo Jang Hoon, Jang Young Ran, Lee Jin Ho, Kim Jun Hyun, Lee Hak Ju, Lee Hyun Jin, ad more.
