JTBC’s upcoming series “A Hundred Memories” has locked in its lead cast, featuring talented actors Kim Da Mi, Shin Ye Eun, and Heo Nam Joon.
“A Hundred Memories” is a coming-of-age drama set in 1980s Korea. The story follows the lives of two bus guide girls, Yeong Rye and Jong Hee, and their experiences with first love, friendship, and growing up, all centered around a young man named Jae Pil.
Writer Yang Hee Seung (“Crash Course in Romance” and “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo”) has teamed up with director Kim Sang Ho.
Kim Da Mi will play the role of Go Yeong-rye, a guide for Cheong-A Transportation Bus No. 100, in the upcoming drama “A Hundred Memories”. Yeong-rye is the eldest daughter of a family who rides the bus daily despite having motion sickness, to support her mother and pursue her college dreams.
Shin Ye Eun, known for her roles in “Revenge of Others” and “The Glory”, will play Seo Jong Hee, a charming and lively bus guide at Cheong-a Transportation. Jong Hee dreams of escaping her difficult family situation and finds friendship with Yeong Rye.
Heo Nam Joon has been cast as Han Jae-Pil, a charismatic and complex character who becomes the first love interest of Yeong Rye and Jong Hee. As the son of a wealthy department store owner, Jae Pil appears to have it all, but he is struggling with internal conflicts.
“A Hundred Memories” is coming to JTBC.
