On January 20, her agency ANTENNA told Herald POP, “We are unable to confirm details about the artist’s personal life, so we ask for your understanding.”

Last April, Lee Mi Joo confirmed she was in a relationship with soccer player Song Bum Keun. Her agency stated at the time that the couple had developed feelings for each other and were taking the time to get to know one another.

Their vacation photos wearing matching looks went viral in April 2024 and they later confirmed their relationship.

Just nine months later, they were embroiled in breakup rumors. Despite the rumors, her agency has maintained silence and has not released an official statement regarding the status of her relationship.

In other news, Lee Mi Joo reunited with Lovelyz members to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary in November 2024. They also released a special single “Dear” and performed it at their concert Lovelyz in Winterland 4, held in Seoul’s Jamsil Students’ Gymnasium on November 16-17.

Lovelyz debuted in 2014 with “Candy Jelly Love” and gained popularity with bright and upbeat songs. After seven years, the group disbanded on November 1, 2021, when the members decided not to renew their contracts with Woollim Entertainment.

Meanwhile, Lee Mi Joo is presently a cast member on MBC’s variety show “Hangout With Yoo.”
