Lee Min Ho has found himself in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. The popular actor, known for his roles in hit dramas like ‘Boys Over Flowers’ and ‘The Heirs’, was recently spotted smoking on the streets of Korea.

A video of Lee Min Ho smoking and conversing with someone circulated widely on social media on December 12.

The video sparked mixed reactions from fans worldwide. While some expressed disappointment and concern for the “Pachinko” actor’s health, others defended his personal choices. “He’s an adult, it’s his choice,” commented one fan.

Many fans also stressed the importance of separating his personal life from his professional work.

In Korea’s entertainment industry, stars’ personal lives are heavily scrutinized. They often face criticism for personal choices, including dating and smoking. Several actors and K-pop idols faced criticism and issued public apologies for smoking in the past.

Lee Min Ho is one of the most loved Kdrama heartthrob with a career spanning nearly two decades. He has appeared in many hit dramas including “City Hunter”, “The Legend of the Blue Sea”, “The Heirs”, and more.

On the work front, Lee Min Ho recently appeared in the second season of “Pachinko”, which wrapped in October. He is now gearing up to return to the TV screen with the space drama “When The Stars Gossip”, airing on January 4.
