The holiday season is all about giving, and Byeon Woo Seok is leading by example.
The “Lovely Runner” actor recently surprised his agency crew with thoughtful gifts, brand-new iPhones and tablets, as a token of appreciation for their hard work.
Photos surfaced on social media and online forums on December 26, showing his thoughtful gifts to his agency staff and hair and makeup team.
Byeon Woo Seok presented them with iPhones and tablet PCs as a token of appreciation for their hard work in 2024. The staff expressed their gratitude through comments, praising the 33-year-old actor’s kindness and warmth. One staff member called him “God Woo Seok” for his generous gesture.
Byeon Woo Seok, who starred in “Lovely Runner”, has been paying it forward by taking care of his staff and colleagues, even after becoming a top star.
In fact, his kindness has been making headlines all year. In June, a makeup artist shared a heartwarming post saying that the Kdrama heartthrob bought and washed peaches for his staff to enjoy while on an overseas shoot.
Later, in September, he invited key staff members from “Lovely Runner”, including the director and writer, to join him at a fan meeting in Japan.
Byeon Woo Seok has also made a positive impact through his charitable efforts. Notably, he donated 300 million won to Severance Hospital in October to support the treatment of children in need.
On another note, Byeon Woo Seok is cast as the male lead opposite IU in a new drama about the modern monarchy.
Meanwhile, he will reunite with his “Lovely Runner” co-star Kim Hye Yoon at the Asia Artist Awards 2024 (AAA) in Bangkok today.
