Gong Min Jung has shared a special announcement about her personal life!
The 38-year-old actress attended the press conference for KBS’ Thursday drama “Sorry Not Sorry” at Stanford Hotel in Seoul.
At the production presentation, the announcer revealed that she has some “good news” to share today.
Gong Min Jung stated, ‘I am currently pregnant and there is not much time left until childbirth.’
She continued that it was challenging to choose a project after her pregnancy. She shared, “The original character setting for this drama wasn’t a pregnant woman. Fortunately, the production team kindly changed the setting for me.”
Gong explained that she felt a strong connection to the character Choi Ha Na and was happy to represent expectant mothers.
She tied the knot with her “Marry My Husband” co-star Jang Jae Ho in an intimate ceremony in September.
Sorry Not Sorry is a romantic comedy-drama that tells the story of Ji Song-i (played by Jeon So Min), a single woman struggling to pay off her mortgage after a sudden breakup.
The drama premieres and will air every Thursday at 9 PM on December 5.
