The upcoming film adaptation of the Naver webtoon My Daughter Who Became a Zombie has announced an impressive cast, featuring Jo Jung Suk, Lee Jung Eun, Cho Yeo Jung, Yoon Kyung Ho, and Choi Yuri.
All five actors have confirmed their participation in the project, bringing the webtoon’s story to life on the big screen.
In the movie My Daughter Who Became A Zombie, directed by Pil Gam Sung, Jo Jung Suk plays Jung Hwan, a devoted father who goes to great lengths to protect his daughter after she becomes a zombie. Despite the challenges, he shows unwavering love, bringing both humor and heartwarming moments to the role.
Lee Jung Eun plays the warm and lively grandmother, Bam Soon, who joins forces with Jo Jung Suk’s character, Jung Hwan, to safeguard her zombie-transformed granddaughter in the film.
In addition, the cast of My Daughter Who Became a Zombie includes Cho Yeo Jung as Yeon-hwa, Jo Jung Suk’s first love and a teacher in the fishing village, and Yoon Kyung Ho as Dong-bae, Jung Hwan’s long-time friend.
Child actress Choi Yuri plays Soo-ah, the zombie daughter, who shares a special bond with her father.
