Taeyong from NCT 127 has started promoting his solo comeback in full swing.
Taeyong dropped the trailer video for his 2nd mini album TAP on NCT’s official YouTube channel right at midnight on February 15. It’s titled ‘Searching for TY’ and gives viewers a glimpse into the overall concept of the new album.
The video tells an intriguing story about Taeyong’s journey to discover a new side of himself as a solo artist. Taeyong, the main character, is portrayed as an ordinary person with a passionate and dedicated nature.
The new album features a total of 6 songs, with the title track TAP sharing the same name as the album. Taeyong wrote the lyrics for the entire song by himself. He also took part in composing all of the songs, allowing him to express his honest and diverse artistic colors.
Taeyong’s 2nd mini album will be available on various music sites at 6 PM on February 26. Fans can already pre-order the album at different online and offline music stores.
Before the album drops, Taeyong will be holding his first solo concert called TY TRACK at the Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park on February 24 and 25.
