Rolling Stone praised NCT for their ability to set trends rather than follow them, as demonstrated by their title track Baggy Jeans from their fourth full-length album.
Stray Kids secured the 18th spot on the list. Rolling Stone highlighted their sophisticated yet bold style, which is evident in their music video for TOPLINE. They effortlessly showcase their fashion sense by pairing a shearling coat, a graphic tee, and a Miu Miu cowboy hat.
When it comes to XG, who secured the 21st position, Rolling Stone mentioned that they released seven music videos, each showcasing a distinct style. XG was incredibly experimental with their hair, makeup, and nails, pushing the boundaries of color and style.
This ranking is a compilation of musicians from all over the world, as voted by music and fashion experts worldwide. Rosalia, Beyonce, and Doja Cat claimed the top three spots on the list.
