NCT’s Taeil is receiving medical treatment after a car accident that left him with a fractured right thigh. On August 15, SM Entertainment announced that Taeil was riding his motorcycle home from a schedule in the early morning when the accident occurred. He was taken to the hospital for medical examination and treatment and it was revealed that he had a fracture in his right thigh that would require surgery.
Taeil is currently preparing for surgery at the hospital and is receiving the necessary care. SM Entertainment has stated that Taeil will be halting all of his schedules in order to focus on his treatment and recovery. Unfortunately, this means that he will not be able to participate in NCT’s upcoming group concert ‘NCT Nation: To The World’, scheduled to take place on August 26.

To make up for his absence, NCT will be releasing their 4th album ‘Golden Age’ on various music platforms on August 28 at 6 pm (KST).
