NewJeans is standing strong in their demands for Min Hee Jin’s return. The K-pop girl group is not backing down, showing their commitment to bringing back their CEO.
As per music industry sources, NewJeans held a meeting with ADOR’s CEO Kim Joo Young on September 23, accompanied by their parents. The meeting reportedly centered around members’ request to reinstate Min Hee Jin as CEO.
They previously expressed their stance publicly about former CEO Min’s removal through a live broadcast on September 11. The following day, HYBE’s newly appointed CEO Lee Jae Sang responded to NewJeans’ live broadcast the day before, CEO Lee Jae Sang stated, “I will respond calmly according to the principles.”
Additionally, it has been reported that Kim Joo Young spoke in line with ADOR’s policies during the meeting with NewJeans and their parents that she outlined when she became CEO.
In an emergency live broadcast on September 11, NewJeans addressed Min Hee Jin’s dismissal, citing concerns for their team’s well-being amid HYBE’s alleged bullying. The group urged HYBE to:

- Restore ADOR to its original state
They gave HYBE a deadline to reinstate Min by September 25. In response, a representative from HYBE said that they would reveal their plan on the said date.
