ONE PACT dropped their single PARADOXX today, June 7.
When the MV teaser for the track FXX OFF was dropped, fans raised concerns about the hairstyles shown in the teaser.
On June 7, ARMADA Ent listened to the fan’s feedback and decided to not release the MV today.
The agency shared, “ONE PACT’s FXX OFF music video, which was scheduled to be released today,” and added, “It has been decided to be released at a later date after some modifications were made based on your valuable opinion.”
Notably, they revealed that only the MV release has been delayed, the rest of the activities will be carried out as planned, “However, other music broadcasts, fan events, and various schedules will proceed as scheduled, so we ask for your interest and support.”
Earlier today, ARMADA Ent released another statement, apologizing for the controversy saying, “The overall hairstyle in this ONE PACT Get Off music video was inspired by bohemian style, but it was the fault of the company that made the final decision that it was misunderstood as a dreadlocks style.”
They went on to add, “In the future, Armada ENT will continue to work more carefully and meticulously on these sensitive issues.”
Lastly, the new release date for FXX OFF MV is yet to be announced once the necessary modifications are made.
