Ghost Studio confirmed that they’re making a drama based on the Kakao webtoon White Scandal.
Ghost Studio started serializing the romance webtoon White Scandal on Kakao Page and Kakao Webtoon on Friday, December 21. They also confirmed that they’re producing a drama based on it.
White Scandal revolves around Ji Eun Seol, a former child actor whose life took a downturn after she took the blame for her older brother’s wrongdoings. Despite working as a road manager, she still holds onto her dream of acting.
That’s when she crosses paths with Dan Yi-Hyeok, who was involved in a past incident. They enter into a contract relationship, and the story delves into uncovering a hidden secret.
White Scandal is a webtoon adaptation of the web novel written by Moon Chae-ah. The webtoon has amassed an impressive 2.877 million views on Kakao Page.
Ghost Studio announced that the drama’s script is being written by Kim Ga Eun, who previously worked on Disney+’s Call it Love.
