Seulgi, the lead vocalist of K-pop group Red Velvet, sparked a heated debate after a recent airport sighting.
On July 12, Red Velvet members ( Irene, Wendy, Seulgi, Joy, and Yeri) departed for Taiwan for the K-Mega Concert in Kaohsiung.
The Crown singer was dressed head to toe in luxury clothes and accessories. She was seen sporting Diesel T-Bills-Dev top ($375) and Salty Pebble Slit Slim Jeans (168,000 Won) paired with Givenchy Medium VoYou Boyfriend Bag ($2900) and Diesel D-Venus High Heels shoes ($595).
In the photos taken at the ICN International Airport, the manager is seen in sneakers while Seulgi is wearing high heels.
Later, after arriving in Taiwan, Seulgi was spotted wearing her manager’s sneakers, while her manager was seen struggling in Seulgi’s high heels, which were visibly loose and uncomfortable.
The internet is buzzing with mixed reactions regarding Seulgi and her manager’s shoe exchange. While some view it as insignificant, others have gone to the extent of accusing her of bullying.
On the work front, Red Velvet made their comeback with album Cosmic last month. They will celebrate their 10th debut anniversary with a fancon tour HAPPINESS : My Dear, ReVe1us, kicking off next month.
